Question of the Week:

What does optimism mean in your life?

I think of optimism as observation first. Observing myself in relation to others and vice versa.

Reading about the experiences of others, finding quotes from other people to share with you, helps us generate ideas and learn from examples. But discovering and utilizing optimism in YOUR life starts with observation of your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly experiences.

It’s part of why I talk about things that happen in my life each week. I hope it feels relatable. I hope you can see your days through a similar lens or that you can choose to implement what works for you.

And when you find yourself in the same cycle of work, errands, chores, and more, take 5 minutes to sit down and practice optimism.

When did you notice optimism in the last week?
